	SECURITIES CLEARING EKN Financial Services, Inc. facilitates all clearing business through Legent Clearing, LLC. Legent began as the clearing division of a regional broker-dealer-owned by Mutual of Omaha-with a broad-based clientele that spanned the nation. Legent was spun off in 2001 as a separate business, retaining all of the original firm's clearing and back-office operations personnel. Industry experience, partnered with an acclaimed technology platform, is what gives Legent the capability and the flexibility to customize their clearing solutions to EKN, no matter what niche EKN serves. SIPC & ADDITIONAL COVERAGE Legent's policy through Lloyd's of London provides additional account coverage up to $24.5 million (including up to $900,000 in cash) per client as defined by SIPC rules. With both SIPC and Lloyd's of London coverage, accounts are protected up to a total of $25 million per client (as defined by SIPC rules) including up to $1 million of cash balances). This coverage does not protect against loss of market value of securities.
