Transactions include equity placements for privately held companies, PIPE transactions (Private Investment in Public Equity), mezzanine and subordinated debt placements, senior debt placements, reverse-mergers, initial public offerings, expansion and secondary offerings, typically ranging from $1.0 million to $25.0 million per transaction for qualified micro-cap and emerging growth companies.
